1. What we collect

The studio collects only what it needs to deliver your ritual:

• Email address. When you join the Soul Sanctuary waitlist or check out for a one-time ritual, so we can deliver the practice and the quiet Sunday letter.
• Order metadata. Confirmation receipts, the rituals you have purchased, the moment of billing, and the files we have delivered — so we can repair or re-deliver when asked.
• Account data. If you keep an account, your name, display handle, and any preferences you set for the evening ambience — playback speed, voice, ritual length.
• Support letters. Anything you write to us when you reach the studio, kept so we can continue the thread.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If a young letter has reached us, please write and we will set the record down.

2. How we use it

The information above is used, and only used, for:

• delivering the ritual or membership you have ordered;
• sending the quiet sanctuary notices you have asked for — order confirmations, the Soul Sanctuary weekly letter, the occasional seasonal note;
• answering your questions, honouring repair requests, and keeping a clean record of the thread.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email or your purchase history. We do not run third-party advertising inside the studio.

3. Email consent

Every email we send from the studio is opt-in. At the Soul Sanctuary waitlist and at checkout, the checkbox is its own line — “Yes, send me the Sunday letter and the occasional seasonal note.” Unticked means no letters, ever. You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every letter, by cancelling your membership, or by writing to us directly.

4. Stripe & payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. When you check out, your card details are collected directly by Stripe over a secure connection; the studio never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or expiry. We receive only what is needed to fulfil your order: the last four digits, the brand, and the billing status. Stripe handles card data under their own privacy policy.

5. AI-guided meditation content

Some rituals are composed with the help of generative AI, hosted through Polsia's AI proxyand governed by their data-handling terms. The AI is invoked only to compose your ritual — it is not used to train third-party models on the studio's words or yours. Neither your name nor your letters are sent to the AI as training material; the prompts are the studio's instructions, not your data.

We do not use AI to profile you, to score you, or to decide what to show you. The studio's recommendations are Sloane's, by hand.

6. Cookies & analytics

The studio uses a small set of first-party cookies to remember your theme — soft-warm sanctuary or quiet midnight — and to keep you signed in if you have an account. We use Polsia's privacy-respecting analytics to count visits at a glance, in aggregate, never tied back to you as a person.

You can clear cookies or use a private window at any time; the studio will simply greet you as a first-time visitor.

7. Your rights

You may, at any time, ask us to:

• Access what we have about you — a copy of your order history, your account preferences, the letters we hold.
• Correct anything that has drifted — a misspelled email, a stale shipping address, an old name.
• Delete your account, your waitlist seat, or your order history entirely. Deletion is irreversible; a fresh start, on request.
• Withdraw consent for the Sunday letter, with one click from inside any letter we have sent.

8. Reaching the studio

To exercise any of the rights above, or for any quiet question about what is collected, write to food-for-the-soul@polsia.app. We read every letter and reply inside a few days.
