Health & Wellness,
read with care.

Sloane's work supports the quiet half of the day — rest, reflection, and the softened hour before sleep. It is gentle. It is also, by design, limited. This page sets that limit with care.

1. Who Sloane is

Sloane is a Digital Zen Architect— a guide for mindfulness, evening rituals, restorative rest, and the small habits that soften a tired day. The studio's practices are designed for the listener who wants to set a quieter rhythm, not the listener who needs clinical care.

2. What the studio is not

The audio, written, and AI-guided meditation practices offered through Food for the Soul are not medical care. They are not psychiatry, they are not psychotherapy, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice from a qualified clinician.

Nothing in the studio — no ritual, no affirmation, no Sunday letter — is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

3. When to seek professional support

If you are living with persistent sleeplessness, anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, or any other difficulty that feels heavier than a single evening can hold, please reach out to a qualified clinician — your physician, a licensed therapist, or a trusted counsellor in your community. The studio is a good companion for the small hour; it is not equipped for the long season.

4. In an emergency

If you are in immediate danger or in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country before turning to the studio. Common crisis lines include the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States, Samaritans in the United Kingdom, and Lifeline in Australia. A gentle ritual is not the right first cup of water for that hour.

5. Pregnancy & medical conditions

If you are pregnant, nursing, living with a cardiac or neurological condition, or under the care of a physician for any reason, please consult your doctor before beginning any new relaxation, breathwork, or meditation practice — including those Sloane offers here. What is restorative for one body may not be appropriate for another, and your clinician knows yours.

6. Audience & consent

The studio's content is intended for adults (18 years and older). By bringing a ritual into your evening, you accept full responsibility for your own listening — for noticing how a practice lands, for setting it down if it does not, and for reaching for professional support when that is the right next step.

7. Reaching the studio

If anything in this page raised a question — about a ritual, about the studio's scope, about how to find the right kind of support — please write to food-for-the-soul@polsia.app. The studio's door is open, even when the right next step is to a clinician.
